Whichpond Music - Help/Frequently Asked Questions

How will my sheet music be delivered? Digital sheet music downloads come in the form of .PDF files.

Do I need any special software to download/print the music? In the vast majority of cases, no. Most computers and web browsers are equipped with the necessary software/extensions and will open the files with no problem. Each piece in the catalog has score sample pages available for download. If you can download/print these then you're all set. If you're having issues viewing the files you can download the latest version of the free Adobe Acrobat Reader.

When will I receive my music? You'll get it immediately after ordering. (Cool, eh?) There will be a link to your download(s) on your order confirmation page. You will also receive an email containing download links. If you don't receive the email after a few minutes, check your spam folder. If you can't find your download email and it's not in your spam folder please feel free to contact me and I'll take a look.

Do I have to download and print my music right away? No. The download links won't expire, and you can print the music whenever you feel like it. Clicking on the download link will save the music to your computer, you can print it at your convenience. Just remember where the file was saved on your computer so you can find it later.

I clicked on the download link but I can't find my music. Where is it? In the majority of cases clicking on the download link will automatically open the sheet music or bring up a dialog box where you can choose where to save the music on your computer/device. If you click on the download link and nothing appears to happen, the music is still most likely on your computer. Check your default download folder or whichever folder you have set up to store downloaded files. If you're still having trouble please don't hesitate to contact me. I want you to play the music so I'm always glad to help.

I never received my order confirmation email/I can't see the download links. How come? In rare instances emails from Whichpond Music might get blocked by your email provider. This can sometimes happen with email accounts affiliated with educational institutions or the military. First step is to check your spam or junk mail folder. If there's nothing there please contact me and I can send your order emails to an alternate address.

I have an unconventional ensemble, can I get one of the parts transposed? Usually, yes, just contact me first. I don't always have the time to sit down and do the transpositions but I'll do my best to accommodate all requests (unless it's totally nuts). There is a small fee per transposed part.

What size paper do I need to print the music? All Whichpond publications are formatted to print on regular 8.5x11 sized paper.

If you have any questions about a specific piece feel free to contact me. Likewise, if you are having issues downloading or printing an order, I would be glad to help.
